Why can't I register/integrate with my desired email provider?
If you are trying to register or integrate a supported email service provider and find that it’s greyed out or unselectable, the issue is likely related to your current subscription plan. Specifically, in the Lite Plan, certain advanced integrations require the Instafloss feature, which is not included without an add-on subscription.

The following email service providers need Instafloss for the integration and are unavailable in the Lite Plan:
Steps to Resolve This Issue
1. Verify Your Subscription Plan
Check your current plan to determine if you are on the Lite Plan. You can do this by:
- Logging into your account.
- Go to “Payments & Plans”.
- You can find your current plant under the “Subscription plans” tab.
2. Upgrade Your Plan
If you are on the Lite Plan and need access to one of the above email service providers, consider upgrading to a plan that includes Instafloss. To upgrade:
- Go to “Payments & Plans”.
- Under the “Subscription plans” tab, select a higher-tier plan that supports InstaFloss.
- Follow the steps to complete the upgrade.
3. Add Instafloss as an Add-On
If you prefer not to upgrade from the Lite Plan, you can add Instafloss as an add-on feature. This will enable the necessary integrations without requiring a full plan upgrade. To add Instafloss:
- Go to “Payments & Plans”.
- Select the “Add-ons” tab.
- Go to the “Instafloss checker” option and click on “Subscribe”
