About the Option of Pausing Your Subscription for 3 Months

We understand that sometimes you may need to take a break from your subscription. That’s why we offer the option to pause your subscription for up to 3 months. Below are the details about how pausing works and what to expect.
- Duration of Pause: You can pause your subscription for a maximum of 3 months.
- Automatic Unpause: After 3 months, your subscription will automatically reactivate, and billing will resume.
Important: Please set a reminder for when your subscription is set to resume to avoid unexpected charges.
- Returning Earlier: If you’d like to resume your subscription before the 3-month period ends, simply contact our customer support team. We’ll be happy to assist with reactivating your account.
- Subscription Credits: These do not roll over. If your subscription is canceled or paused, any unused credits will be removed.
- Prepaid Credits: If you’ve purchased prepaid credits, they are not affected by a pause or cancellation. Prepaid credits never expire and can be used anytime.
- Log in to your account.
- Navigate to the Payments & Plans section.
- Under the Subscription Plan tab, locate the name of your current plan (e.g., "Current subscription: Monthly Pro").
- Click Cancel next to your subscription.
- This will take you to the cancel subscription page.
- Look for the option "Pause subscription" and select it.
