What do category exclusions do?

We have a unique feature called Autofloss - this takes care of email verification for you automatically, daily, by connecting to your email marketing platform like Infusionsoft or MailChimp and cleaning the invalid emails. Instafloss does the same thing as Autofloss, except in real-time.

You could pair Autofloss/Instafloss with an Auto action such as Auto-delete.

There are some categories that you might not want automatically removed, though. 

That's what category exclusions are for. You can exclude certain categories from those that you want automatically removed, and then you can manually review them and decide what to do with them within our dashboard.

You can find the "category exclusion options" in your Action Options section. Click on it to show the settings.

The default "Include all categories" options is how your automated option normally works.

If you want to exclude some invalid categories, such as accept_all, select the "Exclude categories" option and select the ones you want to be excluded. Remember that the email addresses belonging to your selected excluded options will appear listed at the bottom part of this option for you to take action on them.
