mailfloss has a no-tolerance anti-spam policy and requires our users to verify opt-in email addresses only. We define spam as unsolicited emails to persons with whom our users do not have a business relationship or who have not specifically requested (opted-in to) our users' mailings.
To use mailfloss, you must agree to verify only permission-based email addresses.
You may not use mailfloss to verify:
- Purchased email addresses
- Harvested email addresses
- Scraped email addresses
- Generated email addresses
- Rented email addresses
- Opt-out email addresses
- Previously failed or unverified email addresses
To determine whether you have verified non-opted-in email addresses, mailfloss has manual and programmatic monitoring methods to identify patterns of abuse. mailfloss has the right at its sole discretion to restrict and ban users who are in violation of our anti-spam policy.
We understand that our systems are not perfect. If you find that you have been mislabeled in violation of our anti-spam policy please contact us. We want to know so we can improve our processes and fix any inconsistencies. Please contact us by emailing [email protected] so we can identify any potential abuse and take action.
