What's included in the verification report? What happened to the rest of the file data I uploaded?

Regardless of the data in the file, the only column of data mailfloss will save is the email column. This is for security, privacy, and performance reasons. We take only what we need and discard the rest of the data.

The verification report will include the email addresses that were uploaded, their status, category, whether it passed, the date it was flossed, possibly a contact id if one is available from the email service provider, and a suggestion if we've found one.

If you uploaded a CSV file, you can activate the "append results" and download a report merged with your original data. For any other files, you can merge the report we provided you with the original file, in order to keep all your data in one single file.
