Can I change, downgrade or upgrade my plan at any time?

Yes. Go to Plans in the app and choose the plan you want. The change takes effect immediately, and your billing date stays the same.
- Upgrading: you're charged the prorated difference right away, and your monthly credits reset to the new plan's allowance.
- Downgrading: there's no prorated refund. Your monthly credits reset to the new plan's allowance, so unused credits from your old plan are lost. Features your new plan doesn't include, such as Instafloss or the Typo Fixer on Lite, switch off unless you add them as add-ons.
Credits you bought separately as a one-time purchase aren't affected.
