How do I cancel my subscription?

to cancel, please visit the plans https //app mailfloss com/plans section inside of the mailfloss app and click the cancel link once canceled, you can confirm the subscription was canceled by looking at the "current subscription", which should now be set to "free" if you have trouble with the cancel link, please use our contact form by clicking the "contact us" tab we'd appreciate your feedback on why you decided to cancel if it's something we can address we'll definitely try our best to make it right for you
