Using and understanding your mailfloss Dashboard
Here you can find statistics for all your emails flossed for every selected period. The more, the better!
The graphics section offers you many options to see detailed information about everything that has happened with your flossing. First, you can select if you want to see the graphic data from the last week, month, or year.
Also, on the drop menus you can select a different flossing session...
... or even a different origin, such as your integrations or .csv files uploaded.
On the right side of the actions section, you'll find three different buttons that lets you change the graphic shape for your stats.
Now that you know you can pick between three different shapes for your graphic, let's explain some details with the pie one.
First of all, you can go over every colored part of your graphic to see which kind of category it belongs to.
You’ll find a list of all categories with their color meaning, and every question mark explains the details of that category.
And, finally, you have the option to click on a color to toggle each category. All the categories are clickable, and the graph will be redrawn after your selection.
This part is kind of self-explanatory. You can select any specific session you want to see and be able to visualize details depending on which one you choose.
Below this part, you can see the email addresses that belong to every session and their results on the flossing, along with any action taken or suggested on them such as typo fixing, unsubscribing, or updating.
Also, using the arrows beside every column name, you can sort its content for easier management of your information (for more info about the Reason categories, please check the Category Definitions article).
The search bar lets you get results on a specific address or domain contained on that session list.
Finally, by clicking on the Export Emails button you can customize and download a CSV report of your chosen flossing session.
The pop-up menu will give you different options for downloading all the emails, filtering by passed or failed ones, customizing your report, or even choosing between downloading a report including only the selected session or the whole integration.
