Can I Change The Invoice Email Address?

At this time, we do not have the ability to update the email address for receiving invoices directly within the app.
However, you can easily set up a filter in your email inbox to automatically forward invoices to your desired email address.
- Log In to Your Email Account
- Open the email service you use to receive invoices (e.g., Gmail, Outlook, etc.).
- Create a Filter for Invoice Emails
- Look for an option to create filters or rules in your email settings.
- Set the filter criteria to match emails:
- Sender: [email protected]
- Subject: mailfloss payment receipt
- Set Up Forwarding
- In the filter settings, select the option to forward emails that match the criteria.
- Enter the email address of your accounting department or desired recipient.
- Save and Test
- Save the filter or rule, then send a test email (or wait for the next invoice) to ensure the forwarding works correctly.
