Bulk import operations for connected integrations



To do a full cleaning of your connected email service provider (ESP), go to the Integrations page, find the connected integration you wish to floss, and click the "Start scan & floss" button from your connected integration page to begin flossing your entire database.

Depending on the ESPs API, we may be able to import all contacts directly. Other times, we need to loop through every list or segment, download all the contacts, and remove the duplicates.

The latter method is very inefficient and can take significantly longer to clean. We recommend you pick a specific list or segment instead.

To pick a specific list/segment, you could instead click "Show more options" -> "advanced". From there you should see a list of lists/segments from your integration, as well as a search bar and refresh button. Click the "Refresh" button to get the latest lists/segments, use the search bar to find the list/segment you wish to floss, and then click the "Import" button beside to begin the flossing process.
