[Action Option] Manually decide action on invalid emails



The first option “Manually decide action on invalid emails” will display emails deemed invalid so you can decide an action on them. 

With Manual Mode set, you can later decide to update custom fields, unsubscribe, delete, ignore, or report the status as incorrect for all contacts mailfloss flagged during flossing based on the Aggressiveness Options set at the time of flossing.

Every button does pretty much what its name says.

Unsubscribe: Unsubscribe all the selected addresses from the email list.

Delete: Deletes permanently all the selected addresses.

Update custom fields: Advanced option. Updates the custom fields on the selected addresses showing when and why that action was performed.

Filter: Shows addresses by selected reason. Remember that it only works with the Reason column.

Report incorrect: If there's a certain address marked as failed, but you feel the result is incorrect, it can be reported to us.

Ignore: Just ignore the status of all the selected addresses. This will remove the email addresses from the Manual Mode list, but not do anything else.
