What mailfloss reads and writes in Klaviyo

mailfloss uses only the access a feature needs. You approve it once, on Klaviyo’s consent screen.
What mailfloss reads
- Your account ID, to confirm a reconnect is the same Klaviyo account.
- Your lists and segments, so you can choose what to verify.
- Profiles in the lists and segments you choose, or all profiles for Autofloss and Decay Protection.
- Your flows, only to pause the mailfloss flow when you turn Instafloss off.
What mailfloss changes
mailfloss changes only what you turn on:
- Typo Fixer corrects the email address on the profile.
- Profile properties. mailfloss writes mf_status, mf_reason, mf_score, mf_suggestion, mf_fixed, mf_flossed_on, mf_validation_passed and mf_mode, so you can segment on results.
- Cleanup suppresses the profile (Unsubscribe) or deletes it (Delete from Klaviyo), depending on the option you choose.
- Instafloss pauses your mailfloss flow when you turn Instafloss off.

What mailfloss stores
mailfloss stores the addresses it verifies and their results in your mailfloss account. Disconnect any time from the connection’s Advanced tab. See the privacy policy.
