Are duplicate email addresses removed?

Yes, during flossing one of the first steps mailfloss will do is to remove any duplicate email addresses from flossing as part of the flossing process (deduplication).
Duplicate email addresses are not charged additional credits.
The report returned after flossing will have the duplicates removed, so it may have less email addresses in it than the number of email addresses uploaded.
