How to Request a Manual Invoice



For Prepaid Credit Purchases:

If you wish to purchase prepaid credits without adding a credit card to your account, we're happy to accommodate. Please send us a ticket specifying the amount of credits you're trying to purchase and the billing details that you need us to include in your invoice.

Once you've made this request, our team will review it promptly and send you an invoice, allowing you to complete the payment through the online invoice link.

For Subscription Payments:

Currently, manual invoices are primarily available for prepaid credit purchases. For subscription payments, our automated system handles the billing process. However, if you encounter challenges with credit card payments and need assistance, please reach out to our support team.
