If you've purchased prepaid credits within the last 30 days and you're unhappy with the results and would like a refund please use our contact form by clicking the "Contact Us" tab. We'd appreciate your feedback on why you're requesting a refund - if it's something we can address we'll definitely try our best to make it right for you.
