Flossing stopped working, not flossing, not verifying, or didn't floss all emails

If flossing stopped working, is not flossing, not verifying, or taking a long time, please don't hesitate to reach out to us.
Flossing and importing can take a long time depending on the number of email addresses, but sometimes there could be quirks or bugs that are preventing flossing or importing from completing.
If an integration was working and stopped suddenly, check if you have autofloss enabled. If it is enabled but you aren't receiving email reports, please ensure you have enabled receiving email reports under settings.
If it isn't any of those reasons then please use the Contact Us tab to let us know so we can look into this for you.
