Email verification Frequency Options
Currently, mailfloss has 3 frequency options to determine how often mailfloss will floss your connected email service provider. Below is a brief explanation of each.
If Autofloss is checked, mailfloss will automatically scan your connected email service provider for new subscribers every day and verify them. This is recommended in order to keep your list continually clean and verified.

When turned on, Instafloss will scan and floss every new subscriber in real-time with a supported integration. The verification process happens across all lists and the entire account with some exceptions, which can floss based on individual segments or lists.

With Decay Protection, mailfloss will automatically verify your entire connected email service provider database every month, and prevent existing emails from going stale (on average, emails go stale at a rate of 2.1% per month because of job turnover, abandoned addresses, domains, etc).
