What does Instafloss do?

When turned on, Instafloss will scan and floss every new subscriber in real-time with a supported integration. The verification process happens across all lists and the entire account with some exceptions, which can send based on individual segments or lists.

Instafloss is not available on the Lite plan by default but is available as a Lite plan add-on.

Regarding email service providers (ESPs), Instafloss is not available for Constant Contact. For some ESPs including Gist, Moosend, Sendlane, Braze, Iterable, Customer.io, Klaviyo, and GetResponse, there are additional steps required to set up Instafloss.

With some ESPs, Instafloss is retrieved on a best-effort basis and is not guaranteed to run for every single new subscriber. Based on our tests, Instafloss successfully receives about 99%+ of new contacts. For reporting, all the flosses are aggregated from the previous day and will show up as one session in the dashboard.

It can be enabled from the Frequency options under the Integrations section in the mailfloss app.
