What does it mean if an account is suspended, paused, under review, or banned?

One of the most common situations for a suspended or paused account is when our system detects multiple failed payments. For example, if you repeatedly try to purchase credits but the transactions are failing, our system will automatically mark the account as suspended or under review. Using the mailfloss service will not be possible at this time until the situation is resolved.
Please reach out to us if the situation does not resolve itself with a successful payment. The account may require manual review and additional documentation from our staff in order to unlock the account.
Repeated infractions from fraudsters and spammers will cause the account to be permanently banned from our system.
