Decay Protection for flossing all email addresses
Custom intervals need the Business plan or the Custom Decay Protection add-on.
1. From your integration, open the Schedule tab, turn on Decay Protection, and click Change interval
2. Select a schedule from the dropdown menu and click Save Decay Protection settings
Note: Every option has a different time for running the corresponding flossing session:
- Weekly: runs every Sunday.
- Twice a month: runs every 1 and 15 of the month.
- Monthly: default, runs before the end of your billing cycle.
- Once every two/three/six months: runs after the indicated schedule before the end of your billing cycle.

Decay Protection for flossing certain lists
1. From your integration, open the Audiences tab
2. Find your email lists, and turn on the Decay Protection switch for those you want to set for a custom Decay Protection
3. Once you turned on the switch, click "Change interval" next to it
4. Select a schedule from the dropdown menu and click on "Save Decay Protection settings"
Note: Every option has a different time for running the corresponding flossing session:
- Weekly:

- Once every two/three/six months:
- runs after the indicated schedule before the end of your billing cycle.
Important note:
Once you select a custom option for a specific list, the Decay Protection switch in the Schedule tab will appear as turned off. This is completely normal, as this one works for setting a schedule for flossing all the email lists in your account, and you're now selecting a customized schedule for individual lists.
