1. From your integration, turn on "Decay Protection" and click on the three points beside the switch
Note: Every option has a different time for running the corresponding flossing session:
- Weekly: runs every Sunday.
- Twice a month: runs every 1 and 15 of the month.
- Monthly: default, runs before the end of your billing cycle.
- Once every two/three/six months: runs after the indicated schedule before the end of your billing cycle.

2. Scroll down to your email lists, and turn on the switch for those you want to set for a custom Decay Protection
3. Once you turned on the switch, click on the three points beside it to open the "Customize" option
Note: Every option has a different time for running the corresponding flossing session:
- Weekly:runs every Sunday.
- Twice a month:runs every 1 and 15 of the month.
- Monthly:default, runs before the end of your billing cycle.
- Once every two/three/six months:runs after the indicated schedule before the end of your billing cycle.
Once you select a custom option for a specific list, the main Decay Protection switch will appear as turned off. This is completely normal, as this one works for setting a schedule for flossing all the email lists in your account, and you're now selecting a customized schedule for individual lists.
