Step by step - How to contact us from Help center



Step 1. Go to our Help Center main page and click on the Contact Us link at the top of your screen. Please note the Contact Us link is also available in the Help tab within the mailfloss app.

Step 2. Select the option that best describes your question.

Step 3. You'll see a search bar to look into our Help Library and try to find an answer to your question.

Step 4. After entering your search query, read the presented articles and, if you already read them or none solves your question, click "No" in the buttons to the question "Did you find the answer to your question?".

Step 5. Now you'll see a form asking for you to tell us more about your request. Write down all the relevant details so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Once you finish filling up the form, click on the "Send your request" button.

Step 6. You should receive a confirmation message like this. We'll get back to you as we're able to.
