**If you're unable to register or integrate a supported email service provider because it’s greyed out or unselectable, the issue is likely tied to your current subscription plan.**

Specifically, certain advanced integrations require the Instafloss feature, which is not included in the Lite Plan unless purchased as an add-on. 

### Email Service Providers Requiring Instafloss

The following email service providers need Instafloss for integration and are unavailable in the Lite Plan:
