Between **Normal** and **Aggressive** in the **Aggressiveness** tab, there is the **Custom** option. It lets you customize everything in-between the two and choose the categories yourself. The list of categories appears when you select **Custom**. Hover over the "?" tooltips to see an explanation of what each setting means. 

Remember that there's a **Help me decide** link in the **Aggressiveness** tab that you can click on to help you decide which aggressiveness option is the best for your contacts list.
