We have a unique feature called Autofloss - this takes care of email verification for you automatically, daily, by connecting to your email marketing platform like Infusionsoft or MailChimp and cleaning the invalid emails. Instafloss does the same thing as Autofloss, except in real-time.

You could pair Autofloss or Instafloss with an automatic action in the **Cleanup** tab, such as **Delete from** your provider.

There are some categories that you might not want automatically removed, though.

That's what category exclusions are for. A category you tick skips the automatic action and waits in the **Waiting for you** tab instead, where you decide what to do with each email.

You can find category exclusions in the **Cleanup** tab of your integration. When **Unsubscribe**, **Delete from** your provider, or **Update a field** is selected, click **Ask me first about some categories** to show the settings. Category exclusions need the Business plan or the **Auto-action exclusions** add-on.

By default, no category is ticked (**none set**), so your automatic action works on every invalid email.

If you want to exclude some invalid categories, such as **Inbox full**, tick the ones you want to be excluded. Only the categories your current **Aggressiveness** setting acts on are listed. Email addresses in the ticked categories appear in the **Waiting for you** tab for you to take action on them.
