Depending on the integration, you'll be able to import specific lists, segments, or tags rather than manually import the entire database.

**Step 1.** Go to your integration and click the **Audiences** tab.

**Step 2.** Find your list. Use the **Search lists** bar if the list you're looking for is not there. If you still can't find it, click **Refresh from** your provider to fetch the latest lists.

Once you find it, click **Verify this list**. mailfloss verifies only that list.

**Step 3.** Your list will be imported and a flossing session will start automatically.

**Step 4.** Once the process has ended, go back to your **Dashboard**. Under **Emails flossed**, click the session row to see its details.
