Instafloss gives Klaviyo real-time capabilities! Follow the instructions to start preventing bounces before they happen:

## Step 1. In your Klaviyo integration, open the Schedule tab and switch Instafloss on.

## Step 2. Copy the webhook URL from the Instafloss instructions dialog.

When you switch **Instafloss** on in the **Schedule** tab, the **Instafloss instructions** dialog opens. Click the copy icon next to the webhook URL.

## Step 3. In Klaviyo, select Flows in the navigation sidebar

## Step 4. Click Create Flow

## Step 5. Click Build you Own

## Step 6. Give it a name "Instafloss" and click Create Flow

## Step 7. In Select a trigger, select List or Segment with the email addresses you want to send to mailfloss

Be sure to make a note if this is a list or segment as you will need this information later.

## Step 8. Select the list or segment you want to use and use the filter Email is set. It should look like the following screenshot.

## Step 9. Under Actions, drag the Webhook action onto the flow builder

Step 10. Click the Trigger, and Click in the link of your List or Segment. In our case "Sample Data List".

## Step 11. In the new window that opened, copy the string in the url between the slashes (/) after /list/. In our example, copy "T5nacp".

## Step 12. Click the Webhook box

Paste the webhook URL from step 2 into the destination URL, and include in the JSON body the segment or list id. Depending if it's list or segment, use list\_id or segment\_id. This is very important. Click Save to save the configuration.

Be sure to use list\_id if it is a list or segment\_id if a segment or it will not work.

The JSON body will look like the following (we use segment\_id in our example since we are using the New Subscribers segment):

Step 13. Click Review and turn on. And in Flow status select Live and save it. To check if you did it right. Exit and go back to Flows you should see yo

## Step 14. Back in mailfloss, confirm and turn on Instafloss.

In the **Instafloss instructions** dialog, tick **I have completed the instructions**, then click **Yes, I've completed the instructions. Turn on Instafloss**.
