Instafloss gives Braze real-time capabilities! Follow the instructions to start preventing bounces before they happen:

## Step 1. In your Braze integration, open the Schedule tab and switch Instafloss on.

## Step 2. Copy the webhook URL from the Instafloss instructions dialog.

When you switch **Instafloss** on in the **Schedule** tab, the **Instafloss instructions** dialog opens. Click the copy icon next to the webhook URL.

## Step 3. In Braze, select Campaigns in the navigation sidebar

## Step 4. Click Create Campaign and select Webhook

## Step 5. Give the campaign a name under Campaign Name and click Blank Template under Predesigned Webhook Template

## Step 6. Paste the webhook URL copied from step 2 into the Webhook Url, ensure JSON Key/Value Pairs under Request Body include email -> \{\{${email\_address}}} and braze\_id -> \{\{${braze\_id}}} and then click Delivery near the bottom

The preview will look like the following:

## Step 7. Select Action-Based Delivery and for trigger add the trigger "Add an Email Address", and ensure under Schedule Delay the trigger event is set to "Immediately", then click "Target Users" near the bottom.

## Step 8. Under Targeting Options, ensure the Additional filter is set to Email Available is true.

## Step 9. Under A/B Testing, ensure the Control Group checkbox is unchecked and then click Conversions near the bottom.

## Step 10. Click Confirm near the bottom to progress to the next screen.

## Step 11. Click "Launch Campaign" to finish the campaign creation.

## Step 12. Back in mailfloss, confirm and turn on Instafloss.

In the **Instafloss instructions** dialog, tick **I have completed the instructions**, then click **Yes, I've completed the instructions. Turn on Instafloss**.
